Level I

Level II
A level II inspection is designed to check your chimney after any changes have occurred to your system. This is a more in-depth inspection and should be used if you are buying or selling a home or if any serious weather event has occurred like a tornado or hurricane. These inspections are also when the chimney is not easily accessible to be checked without extra tools or equipment. This inspection builds off the first inspection and adds inspections of the attic, basements, and crawl spaces. It checks for combustibles in these locations as well.
